Warranties

Madecor products are fabricated with 100% natural materials that present the following characteristics: They keep their natural qualities from the woods like oak, maple, cotton, etc., we keep such as the veins and resins, which are part of the authenticity warranty of the same. By using genuine kinds of fur, we keep all their natural characteristics such as marks, scars, stripes, which also are part of the authenticity warranty.

Installation, care and cleaning of the piece of furniture: -Remove the strips by unscrewing the straps, take them with caution. -In case that the piece requires to be assembled, follow the instructions that come adjunct with it. – Do not drag the piece to move it, lift it instead. -To correct cleaning, use only a wet cloth, avoiding the use of oils and chemicals.

Madecor´s warranty: - Madecor furniture can apply the warranty only on manufacturing defects and a due date of 6 months since the purchase date. -Madecor furniture do not gets responsible for a natural deterioration result of the wrong use, and also damages done to the piece or the fabrics for wrong use and not taking in count the care and cleaning recommendations of the product.
